Hmm ich kann mich nicht beklagen.Wir haben ein Paar schöne Wandleuchten bestellt.
Und diese auch in angegebener Lieferzeit erhalten.Eine der 4 Leuchten wa leider defekt.Aber ich könnte schnell Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufbauen.Dieser konnte mir schnell helfen und hat einen Austausch veranlasst.

Ich habe mir hier neue Sitzmöbel bestellt, war war recht schnell da und ich hatte sogar 10% Rabatt bekommen weil ich neukunde war. kann den shop gerne weiterempfehlen, ist bestimmt für jeden etwas dabei.

Bestilte en sækkestol og har efter en måned endnu ikke skyggen af den. Pengene var de dog hurtige til at hæve fra mit kort. Jeg har skrevet 6 gange til dem, men kun fået svar en gang, hvor de oplyser at varen er sendt og der er optil 10 dages leveringstid, hmm men der er gået langt over de 10 dage nu og der er intet kommet. De skriver også at de er et tysk firma og derfor har andre regler.....jeg synes nu det minder mere om FUSK

Jeg har d 28.5 bestilt nogle skærebrætter, som Var i restordre. Firmaet kontakter mig og fortæller at der kan gå lang tid. Vi giver det en chance, men efter en måned er de stadig ikke kommet. Pengene er tilbage på kontoen og selvom jeg ikke har nogle skærebrætter nu, har der været en god dialog, hvor de har været gode til at kontakte mig undervejs.

Der var vanvittig lang leveringstid, og anden gang leverede de en forkert farve. De lovede 2 tubes som kompensation.
Dette er IKKE sket, og når jeg henvender mig til firmaet lover og lover de. Det er flere måneder siden. Vi giver op!

"Poorest Customer Service Ever"
Like everyone (check here under Roomox rating) I ordered beginning of January 2018 3 x ROOMOX XXL beanbag but then on January 5th I sent an order cancellation request which stills not being processed, no information - simply SILENCE but my account has been of course debited!
I contacted DESIGN YOUR HOME HOLDING AB and Design Your Home (DYH) since the brand ROOMOX™ belongs to, but of course no answer - All my emails (tickets) sent to the different entities are only listed under the same application dyhltd.kayako.com without being processed till today.
It is the first and the last time that I am ordering from any of this
brands: Design Your Home, ROOMOX™, Brooklyn Loft, Modern Interior,
Luxurious and Scandinavian Interior as they have the poorest Customer
Service. On top of that, Design Your Home (DYH) is having an offer to rent furniture! with such poor inexistent customer service, it is simply madness to allow this company to have access to your bank account on regular basis. And if there is no stock Roomox, DYH (valid also for the other brands) should simply not keep selling what they do not have especially with a FAKE limited discount that never ends !!!!! Recommendations : STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THESE BRAND same customer service philosophy!

"Delayed delivery, 1/2 year to get a refund, meaningless phone calls with the company"
I ordered three items – chairs and two tables. Chairs arrived fast, but smelled very toxic. Since I have a small child at home, I asked for refund. It took months of email exchange and meaningless phone calls to nearly force them to take the chairs back. DYH refused to collect the items for free and only after my negative tweets (and because of the other items not delivered on time) they have agreed to collect the chairs. The refund for the chairs was made half a year after the purchase.
The tables arrived about two months after the purchase. They were not sent for delivery because they "had problems with the delivery company and were in the process of changing the service provider". When claimed to be sent for delivery, the company refused to trace the orders. At multiple occasions I received an answer that "they are on their way" and "you can call the shipping company myself". However, I had no tracking number to use.
When the tables eventually arrived, one of the tables did not have the legs. Again, DYH refused to help out. They claimed they have sent everything. In a few days the delivery company has brought a semi-damaged package.
I am please with the tables very much, but the overall experience. I will never recommend anyone to buy stuff there, and/or would ever buy anything myself.
