It is the first time that I ordered at PenStore and definitely it will not be the last one. Of course the pens I wanted had a great price and that is why I ordered in the first place, but PenStore was excellent every step of the way.
The order was processed within 24 hours and it was dispatched right after that. Then, customer service replied immediately sending me the tracking nunber (thank you Elisabet). Despite my worrying for possible delay due to covid-19, the order arrived today, 10 days after I placed the order, while it was scheduled to arrive in two more days! This was an added bonus! All three fountain pens were safely packed in a hard carton box and they were exactly as described on the site.
What more can I say? Thank you.
