Its a great product to control your post to your customers.

We use it every day and frankly its saved us hours!

Couple of small issues we would like, to be able to automatically download our postage including weights, which it does not do yet...

And control our inventory across all our channels which at the moment they do not offer. But that is all.

"ESSENTIAL..."

I've been using Zenstores for about a year now as I sell on 4 sales channels, etsy, ebay and 2 woocommerce websites. Zenstores combines all four channels so I can manage my orders more efficiently.

Time is the most valuable thing when you are running a business and I would honestly guess it saves me around 20 hours a week!

An essential for me, I'm so glad to have found it when I did. Customer service is also brilliant. I've had 3 system issues since using the service but this was fixed within 2 hours.

If you are running a store with multiple sales channels, I couldn't recommend this highly enough. There are more competitors offering similar services which do seem to have more advanced options, however they are VERY expensive. If you need a stripped down simple system to manage orders, this would be the way to go.

"I Started using Zenstores just over a …"

I Started using Zenstores just over a year ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best business decisions I have made. Prior to using ZS I was struggling with manually creating Royal Mail labels pulling order in from my own website, eBay and Amazon. At the time I was spending a couple of hours a day simply creating the labels.

ZS was an over night success, it literally saved me 2 hours a day, which meant I had time to concentrate on actually pushing my business forward. I have gone from around 20-30 sales a day before ZS to up to 100 sales a day and I am still growing.

ZS allows me to connect to multiple sales channels and link to all of the major service providers.

They have excellent customer service and are approachable with idea that can help mine and others businesses.

If you are looking for away to streamline your e-commerce business then ZS is most definitely worth a look. It will link all of your platforms, give you access to couriers and Royal Mail, automate your invoicing and give you insights into how well your business is doing.

I am adding this next paragraph as I spotted below the comments from unhappy people re the ZS pricing. I am not really sure why they are not happy. It is clearly stated what you will need to pay and the pricing is banded into sales volumes. If you exceed the band you are in this is proof you are growing as a business and that is a good thing. I go back to my point about how much time ZS saves me, it is definitely worth paying for.

"Same As Dave On Previous Message, Program Is Made To Use More Of Your Credit. It Will Cost You More"

We had the same problem as Dave who left an opinion earlier. We were working away normally when our credit for the month came to an end prematurely. We was on 3384 shipments for the month but according to the program we had used 6000 which was a joke. Speaking to Harry we were told to move up to the next price bracket even though we had not used the allocated amount for orders. Started the conversation with Harry at 2.30 in the afternoon about the problem, got a couple of conversations out of him until 17.30 and the disapeared, obviously gone home for the weekend and were were left with just over twenty orders to finish and to sort out uploads over the weekend for other shipments. So not exactly fantastic customer service. We were later told that dispatching an order and then producing a shipment label later was in fact two orders so that's how you use double the amount. The problem is when they advertise the program everything is advertised around shipments, not how many times you click an order which can be very confusing and expensive. We then moved up to the yearly program only then to find it is the same rules with the same amount each month and not accumulated over a year. We were also left high and dry with our orders so were had to revert back to our old system of producing labels.
I must admit the program is very good, but the wording on what you are paying for is very inaccurate so works out expensive. It states that it is per shipment and that's what it should priced around. So in the end not a good experience that we were left high and dry when it wasn't our problem in the first place as we signed up for 6000 shipments and did not get a chance to use them before were were told to spend more money.

"Be Careful how you use your allowance"

Instead of charging per order so you can do print first say for instance, then dispatch your order and then do a label later you will be charged twice as much so your monthly allowance will disappear a lot quicker than anticipated and then of course they want you to pay more. If it was per order then it would be a great service but this caught us out and left us high and dry on a Friday afternoon with still a 100 orders to go before the end of the week with an explanation that you have to pay more to carry on when really we had only used half of the quota, so bad set up on this part as it's only an excuse for more money. And if you pay yearly the quota is still monthly and not over a year so pointless really as most company's have quieter and busier times.
