"Poor customer service"

Poor customer service, told me he's busy, instead of wanting to help me make a booking, what kind of business does that?

Probably best to book with another company, their websites show they have 100% excellent feedback but on Trustpilot it's not looking so good.

I'd rather spend an extra £10 or £20 and get a better service. Thanks rude customer service man for saving me the hassle.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. Tried to book a minibus for a festival, I received the quote (£434) and confirmed we would like to book within 24 hours of the quote. After confirming some details I requested how to pay a deposit, and received no response. I then chased via email, with no response. I then called this morning, to be told the quote had gone up to £495, due to others enquiring. When I explained I had already confirmed the booking, via email, and it was their delayed responses that meant several days had gone by, the man rudely informed me he no longer wanted to take the booking. Appalling customer service and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I am more than happy to provide emails proving the above if the company try to discredit my experience.

Really easy to use. Once booking was confirmed there was good communication from the service provider. Very clean minibus. Smart and attentive driver. Driver was early and happy to wait for us.

"Appalling, abusive and disgraceful service"

This company and it’s customer service is disgraceful. We booked and paid for an airport transfer to two seperate stops with a 30minute wait at the first stop. Both stops and the wait time were confirmed twice and the exact post codes were provided.

Not only were we dropped a 17minute walk from the first stop (which meant that getting to our paid for and confirmed location and back would take 34minutes alone, not including the 30minute stop at our desired, paid for, and confirmed stop). The bus driver then informed us that we would not be brought any closer to our second stop either.
I emailed the company to tell them this was unacceptable and almost immediately received a phone call from a man who was rude, unhelpful and abusive. He began to curse at me through the phone and would not listen to a word I had to say. I hung up and was then told the driver would only wait an extra 15minues on top of the 30minutes we had paid for and that we would then be charged £60 extra. Our driver was simply following directions from above his head and he did his best to diffuse the situation. He was far more pleasant than his boss.

Absolutely appalling customer service and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a transfer uses ANY other company they can find.


In response to the reply from the company: I notice that there is not even an apology for cursing at me through the phone. As I said your driver was only following the orders he received and remained calm, did not curse at me, and was very pleasant. However, the driver himself had told me that he did two airport tranfers to Reading the previous day, which means he, and I’m sure his superiors, would have been fully aware of the road closures and would have been able to inform us before even getting onto the bus.
