"Great product … but not for very long"
I would love to give this product five stars, because it deserves it, when it is working. In June 2022 I bought and received my pair of Medzocks, and they have really helped with my RLS so that I have been able to sleep through the night. But a couple of months ago one of the Medzocks stopped working, and because there is a one-year warranty on the product, I wrote an e-mail to the company telling them about the problem. They didn’t respond, so I called them many times and left a message on the answer maschine, but they have not responded. And now the other Medzock has stopped working. And they still do not answer e-mails or phone calls, so I se no other option than contacting a lawyer. After all - this is a very expensive product, so of course I want my malfunctioning pair of Medzocks replaced by a new functioning pair.

"Good product WHEN WORKING"
This product has helped me reduce some symptoms. BUT MY PROBLEM STEMS WITH AFTER SIX MONTHS ONE STOPPED WORKING. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE, AS OF TODAY THE OTHER HAS STOPPED WORKING. Thanks a bundle JOHN

Har levert produktet tilbake. Det gikk i stykker, og virket ikke. Medzys svarer ikke på eposter eller på telefon, og har ikke refundert kjøpesummen iht avtale. Styr unna!

"Medzocks har null efekt på min RLS"
Medzocks har null efekt på min RLS. Jeg har brukt dem mye og lenge. Mulig de hjelper folk med sirkulasjonsproblemer. I mitt tilfelle sitter problemet i hodet, og gir seg utslag i beina. Man kan ikke masere bort noe som krever medisiner med dopamin. Ved kontakt, møtte jeg liten forståelse. Det var liksom helt innlysende at de skulle hjelpe.

"I wanted to return my Medzock purchase…"
I wanted to return my Medzock purchase (shipped to Canada) and tried contacting Medzys by both of the email addresses on their website, and by Messenger. I also tried to find out the address from UPS where the parcel was shipped from, and UPS will not give me the address because it is confidential. I am just trying to find an address where I can send the device back within 60 days of purchase to get a refund. I am getting no reply from them. Now I am worried that this is a scam, and they have no intention of honoring their sales agreement.

To dager etter min første anmeldelse har de sent vare, men fortsatt ingen respons på e-post eller tlf.
Vare er nå mottatt. Spent på å bruke det.

"Benskinnerne havde ingen effekt på min…"
Benskinnerne havde ingen effekt på min RLS. Hvor er det lavt at slå plat på andres sygdom. Jeg skriver både til Simon og John, men får ikke noget svar. Før jeg betalte, fik jeg venlige og hurtige svar på mine spørgsmål.
Skinnerne gik hurtigt i stykker, de larmer og er for mit vedkommende virkningsløse. Svindel og humbug. Øv!

SCAM WARNING
I ordered this product about a month ago, and one of the reasons I ordered it was that they offered a 60 days refund in case the product didn't work.
The product didn't work for me, but when I tried starting the refund process I was met with a brick wall. No one replied to any of the e-mail addresses I found and both their telephone numbers just give me a "line busy" every time I try calling.
I have started a process through my bank and Mastercard to try to rectify this.
To anyone else looking here, go look for another product to help you. Steer clear from this company.

Jeg har tidligere skrevet en negativ anmeldelse av Medzys. Ser man på de tidligere anmeldelsene, ser man svært gode anmeldelser fra Frida og Lars. Disse er barn av daglig leder i Medzys, og disse barna innehar også eierinteresser. Dette er lavmål fra Medzys. Her håper jeg Trustpilot er sitt ansvar bevisst, og fjerner disse åpenbart falske anmeldelsene.

"Cant resend 😕....."
I got my product but unfortunally they did not work for me. When i tried to contact them about shipping them back for a refund, i newer head back. I Emailed and phoned them but No luck.
So now i will try if paypal can help me...
