Helped me work out my deadline for submission of artwork, so print run would be delivered in time to funeral directors. Clarified my queries about the type of artwork files they'd accept, and supplied clear templates to ensure a successful print. Handled three rounds of proofing corrections without comment. Print-run was delivered on time, as advertised. The quality of the order of service brochure was excellent.
