I sent my engagement ring to be repaired due to a claw breaking, I was kept updated all the way through the process when it was received and when it was ready to send back, I received it back within a week and the ring looked brand spanking new. My wedding ring snapped by the wish bone and it was only 2 years old, it was only covered by warranty for 12 months from where I bought it. I contacted moissanite direct and they couldn’t repair my ring but instead sent me a brand new ring. I was overjoyed and very pleased with the quickness and replacement and was kept informed by email along the stages thank you again .
