"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service. Waiting to get through to them for 15 minutes at least and each person at the other end when they finally answer has absolutely no clue what to do with my complaint?! They have told me the wrong information time and time again to the point now where I am having to seek legal advice. Do not use this lender!!!! They are not dealing with my issue of a faulty car delivery and are rude (Chelsey) into the mix. They have left me feeling so upset and anxious. They don’t deserve the business. Zero customer service support.

Never in my life have I had someone so positive and reassuring help me through an application process! There was a small issue with verifying my bank details and she helped me through every step to resolve this. We did what we could over the phone and then I had to send a few extra details in via email which she promptly jumped on and processed for me and sent me a reassuring email a few minutes later letting me know everything was ok and application successful!

She's an absolute credit to Autolend thank you so much!
