"Bought a electronic game for my…"

Bought a electronic game for my grandkids and had a large crack down middle of screen. They refused to give a refund even though it was 24 hr guarantee. Said it still worked ok. I have bought lots of items from Auction Nation but this is the first negative review. Beware of what your getting.

I think it’s time to up the game baby!!! Need more variety and the stuff you have available now It’s just a weird way of getting things fixed around the house witch So on my days off I work. More auto parts and toys for men, hunting, fishing, camping, extreme sports stuff, that would be awesome!!

"Great Experience!"

The site is put together very well and easy to use.The only issue’s I have is that the locations are closed on Weekends and the two day pick up with the store only open for pick up on regular business hours which is hard to pick up when your working the same hours during the day. I wouldn’t have issue to pay a extra fee to pick up on schedule time over the weekend or after hours during the week so I wouldn’t loss the item and the money that was spent for the items due to working. Also be great to have color coded in the description for items that are parts (red), good condition (green), slightly damaged but still works (yellow) so you aware on the bids of the items and don’t have issue on the day of pick up. Except for those small issues the site is great and I enjoy bidding on the items to get great deals!

"The descriptions are not always…"

The descriptions are not always accurate and the pics should be of the product not a screen shot so we know what we are buying. And don't hide the damage to a poduct.
The wait times to pick up are way to long and for no reason.

This time the description wasn't accurate on one item and two others were damaged pretty severely. In the past,
numerous items i paid for couldn't be found and I was never given a refund. One they said that they couldn't find was back up for auction again within days. Another auction I won 5 items that, when I went to pick them up, I was told that all of a sudden didn't win ANY them - even though I watched each of the auctions for each item end live with me as the highest bidder. I've been a customer at Auction Nation for 4+ years and had few, if any, problems. It used to be a great place to get a great deal. But in the last 8 months or so, I've been very disappointed. I used to bid daily. Now it's maybe once a month. It's just become too much of a risk. If I was asked to give this review was a year ago, it would've been 5 stars and entirely positive.

I use your service once and awhile. When I do, I get good merchandise. When I arrive, I get helped almost right away and headed home. The experience is always a good one !

"They only give you two days to pick up"

They only give you two days to pick up. If you don't they keep your money and the items. Nellis auction gives 7 days to pick up and if you miss the pick up, they just charge a fee. I used to spend alot of money at auction nation, but with my work schedule I've missed several pickup times and lost a lot on money to them just keeping my money and items. So Nellis gets my business now. Plus the wait times can take up an hour vs 10 minutes at Nellis.

And they haven't changed very much since this has happened to them. If you question their authority, they will kick you out of the auction and a heartbeat to keep you from complaining any further down the line

"usually great deals"

usually great deals. but this one was a whiff. got only 1 box out of 3 and they told me it was clearance and no refunds.
on another deal got a good microwave
and on a third deal a really beat up chansaw. I am not happy that they did not show its condition but only said it wa used. but it was REALLY used and i felt i was taken advantage of. they ae not being straightforward about listings.

For the most part auction nation is a decent way to make some extra money. I have had 2 different pallets get "lost" that I had won bids on. I also get a lot of damaged and non working parts. I live too far away to return them right away
