Having been severely let down by an alternative broker that offered an electricity contract that proved not to be available, a chance phone call from Utility4Business meant the securing of an alternative contract was done quickly and efficiently. I dealt with Naila who, all the way through, was thorough, diligent and went to great lengths to explain things in detail at every step. Ultimately Naila was able to secure a contract that is significantly cheaper than the expiring tariff, was excellent at keeping in touch through the process and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
