Auger attended three times to identify a water feed pipe leak on our side following identification by Severn Trent. Auger were very professional in resolving the issue. I wish I could say the same about Severn Trent who only seemed to issue threats.

We were kept up to date on how our claim would progress by the claims handlers and the 2 chaps who dealt with the physical work were very pleasant, worked quickly and efficiently leaving everything tidy once completed.

I was visited by engineer Mark Hallam to fix what was believed to be an outdoor water leak. After 30 minutes or so, Mark patiently showed me what he was doing whilst proving the leak was not outdoor but internal. That should have been the end of it but no, Mark diligently traced the leak to a poorly installed washing machine, effected by a nationally known company. He did what was necessary and proved that the leak had been terminated. Mark Hallam is a thoroughly professional individual, extremely pleasant and a credit to your company.

I made a claim on my home insurance policy to have a water pipe leak on my property and Auger were asked to carry out the repair. Auger contacted me and explained what would happen. One of their engineers came out and after a lot of digging he found where the leak was which he showed to me. He carried out the repair but unfortunately a water drain pipe was unavoidably damaged gaining access to the site of the leak. This was repaired by another engineer and after a few hours he had completed all of the repairs and left the site in a very neat and tidy condition. I have been very impressed by Auger the whole way through.
