After an initial miscommunication about where or not I needed my lift re-insulated the guys did an excellent job. They came on time and got on with the job at hand. Worked quickly and organised and did a very efficient job. The rubbish left outside was collected within 2 hours. All round a great job done. I’d definitely recommend.

In a word EXCELLENT, the two fitters that laid it did a brilliant job in such a confined space that they had to go through to access the loft and lay the insulation. They did a really good job in removing all the old insulation, I also got a follow up call which I thought was an extremely good gesture in this day and age,

"A good service which could be improved"
From an initial cold call I agreed to the free survey. After agreeing to have my roof insulated and paying a deposit I was assured an email would follow confirming the work to be carried out, This did not happen and after a few phone calls Cosy Homes admitted they had used the wrong email address. When the email arrived it was short on details of the work planned and just wanted a my signature on the contract.
The installation crew were 2 hours late arriving but after a quick inspection queried my understanding of the work involved. After a phone call to head office a route ahead was decided. To quote from another review this seems to be a common thread, i.e. "There was an issue with exactly what the work entailed as I had been told one thing at the survey stage & then something different by the actual fitters but this was clarified by a call from Head Office."
The two fitters Dan and Jason could not be faulted. They were helpful, polite and explained each step of the work.
There appears to be a mismatch between what the survey people are advising and what the installers think is required. I am not sure who has the most experience but the result was a reduction in the work carried out and my bill. Thanks Dan and Jason.

Initially I was a bit wary as I received a cold call offering a free survey of my existing loft insulation. But I went ahead & was then offered a date to do the work required 5 days later. The team that arrived, Brendan, James & Andy were utterly brilliant. Very friendly, genuine, extremely polite, patient & efficient, couldn’t fault them & the work they did. There was an issue with exactly what the work entailed as I had been told one thing at the survey stage & then something different by the actual fitters (not their fault) but this was clarified by a call from Head Office. It would also have been reassuring to have had email confirmations of the initial survey date & time & the date & time the fitters were due to arrive, as I had to call the Company to clarify this. I also sent an email which bounced back. However, overall I can’t fault the actual work & the attitude of the fitters. Thank you!

Had insulation done in my roof a while ago and very pleased with the results. Only took a star off because the installers got stuck in traffic on the way but i think cozy home solutions is a great company and id recommend them to friends in the future.

"Good service all round"
The initial visit to quote was very informative, explained which types would and would not be suitable and why, checked existing floor insulation and confirmed that wouldn't need any additional cover, there was no pushyness, and he gave a good deal. Appointment to install was booked in very soon after.
Installers were polite, worked quickly, tided up, and showed us the work checking we were happy with everything before they left. In the couple of months since installation we have noticed a definite improvement in the heat of certain rooms, and it's resolved a damp issue in the loft too. Very happy all round.

The initial product installed in my loft turned out not to be suitable due to the shallow pitch of the rafters. Rheanna from Customer Services was extremely helpful and kept me updated and informed throughout my experience. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

"Issue sorted straight away after a bad experience"
Signed up for insulation but changed my mind it long after. Took about 3 weeks to get a refund as I called the office 3 times to try and get my money back. I eventually shared my experience on trust pilot but the owner of the company called me and we had a chat. Nice chap, apologised for the inconvenience, problem was solved straight away and had my refund in under 30 minutes.
