"Worse service ever ! Damage expensive suit !"

I just got the worse experience with Jeeves laundry! I have been using them in Damac hills 2 for several months now and last week I gave a new suit loro piana fabric to be dry cleaned and they completely ruined the suit, they burned the fabric and the fabric separate from the lining. I politely send a message to the manager to please have a look and find a solution, they took the suit back for 4 days and brought it back in the same state! I again send a kind message to the manager asking for damage with video and picture attached and that I will call the next day to understand how they will resolve this issue! When I called the Manager Mr. Fazle wasn’t willing to listen to me claiming that it is nothing wrong with the suit and he hang up on me! I called back and again wouldn’t be willing to listen and clearly told me that is was nothing wrong with the suit and I can give it back to them to iron but nothing else, despite the fact that you can clearly see that not only the fabric is burned but the back of the jacket is completely deformed !
