This company were great to deal with, they kept me updated with my order and chased up haulage company when there was a delay - everything parcelled up nice and secure would definitely recommend any one to use them.

The service was fast and reliable. Found this company online. Called to enquire about the product and they were courteous and professional. This made my choice of product very easy. Although I called again and had a different operative the person knew I called before and gave me good advice.

Once my product was purchased it arrived in 2 days as promised. They even called to say they were in their way which is what I requested because I was having my delivery sent to a shipping agent. Upon checking all items were fine and packaged well.

Would definitely recommend and use Bathso again.

Quick delivery, but unfortunely they ignored all of my requests to replace a faulty toilet part. I eventually gave up as I needed a working toilet and replaced it out of my own pocket. I also had to pay a plumber to install it.
