"Terrible Customer Service – Still Waiting After a Month"

I placed an order with Ekopiro/Ekopyro over a month ago, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I've received no updates or explanation for the delay. The lack of communication and poor service is extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount of time that has passed. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site if you're expecting timely delivery or any kind of reliable customer support.
