I purchased a Waters Ebb bath from a retailer (Sanctuary Bathrooms) which was delivered at the end of February. For various reasons due to Covid, suppliers going bankrupt and shortages of materials, the bath remained wrapped in its original packaging in our house waiting to be installed. When my builder unwrapped the bath we discovered a large crack in the panel. I immediately contacted Sanctuary Bathrooms, sending pictures of the defective bath and asking for a replacement.
I followed up on several occasions by phone to the customer services department of Sanctuary Bathrooms but was not able to get a satisfactory response. Eventually, I contacted Waters (the manufacturer) directly. The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and promised to despatch a replacement bath immediately to the retailer. The replacement bath was delivered within a few days.
I just wanted to thank Waters for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Despite this not being their direct responsibility, they were sympathetic to the situation that I was in and wanted to rectify the defect.
The bath is now installed and looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and the company itself.
