"Awful customer services, several messages ignored and problem still not solved"

I bought a tattoo machine and a link in the description took me to the batteries needed to connect to it. The link took me to a wrong battery. I ordered it but then emailed saying they told me the wrong product in the link so I’d like to return it. I was not sent a return label, just someone telling me to “return it in whatever you have”, I have emailed around 3 more times so say they have not given me a return label or even address (the box was damaged on arrival so don’t have that info) and nobody is responding to me
