"After care / communication not great"

Unfortunately my experience of Steve and his team is not as positive as other people have reported. They helped to build a small orangery, which was completed just over a year ago. Very pleasant team. Within a week of completion,however, the roof started to leak, and it has been leaking whenever it rains hard / for a long time ever since. I've made numerous attempts at contacting Steve via E-mail and phone and I've had no reply. Not great to have water dripping down the walls and soaking into structure of roof. So if this team gets it right first time, great, but my experience of when things go wrong is that I've been left to sort it out and no one has come back to me.

What a fantastic company its been a pleasure from kai coming out to do our quote to the guys coming out to start our build nothing is too much trouble for Steve and his team working even till dark these guys were amazing keeping everything clean and tidy we are so happy with the finished veranda and the lights just finish it off would highly recommend these lads it's been a pleasure
