I had the worse experience with an advocate, he never communicated with me at all, I had to do all the investigation on my case. after 10 long months of me waiting I finally called the line and they gave me an update after I told them I was going to report them for not doing there job it was so disappointing future reference do the stuff your self they are getting paid to do nothing at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Giant ripoff"

Charged me 9k to do 7 years of unfiled returns. Said they could reduce what I owed. Turned out I owed 11k and I still owe 11k even after paying this company 9k. Didn't reduce my debt a dime. Giant ripoff.
