We had a slight issue with pick up time which was no fault of Cheap Transfer Benidorm (a Holiday Extras mistake), but we were helped be Jesus extremely quickly which he did not have to do, but did. Really excellent customer service. The cars were all high end and immaculate. Drivers very friendly and polite. Would absolutely use this company again.

I just used this company for a second time. They are really reliable and competitively priced. They communicate via WhatsApp and it is really reassuring to know that they will be there to collect you when they say they will. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else now for transfers to/from Alicante airport
