I ordered 2 bistro Tables back on 4/13/22 it is 6/7/22. I have emailed, called a few times and no one has replied or answered my calls. I called today and the number i had for contact is not in service. WOW!!! If you are still around please do right by your customers and either finish the sell or refund us. Just in case i miraculously get a reply my order number is 1421179.

For the last 3 days I have tried to find out why my order has not even been "fulfilled" I have tried online chat several times, no response except "sorry we missed you" Called and after a long wait I got an instruction to leave message which I did, no response. I have emailed 3 times, no response. Money was taken out of my account days ago. Next step BBB and my bank!

This rating is largely for the responsiveness of Home2Source's customer service moreso than the product I purchased. I purchased a natural wood sideboard thinking that the natural wood would make it sturdier than particle board. Unfortunately, the company does not connect all its wood pieces with screws but rather glue? Consequently, the pieces were considerably misaligned and the product is not nearly as sturdy as I would expect for the price.
However, when I reached out to Customer Service, they were very apologetic and responsive. I feel like we came to a fair resolution and genuinely believe that they are committed to the value of their products.
I will be a repeat customer, despite an initial questionable experience. Bad products can come from any site, but how a company's customer service responds speaks more to its value than one product. Home2Source proved itself worthy of a second chance.
