I sought advice on NHS pensions and my investment portfolio initially June 2022. After an initial consultation, there were a multitude of delays due staff sickness and an employee inaccurately performing tasks. By April 2023, Redwood had not received a response from NHS pensions (not their fault) and decided they could no longer provide advice. The investment portfolio review was completely ignored. To be fair to Redwood, they communicated well in the latter stages and refunded me whatever I had spent so they are decent, but to wait almost 12 months to be told they were unable take my case further and to ignore the investment advice was poor service. I saw the good reviews prior to engaging with Redwood and left feeling dissatisfied.
