This company was listed through my business bank account, so I approached them to explore a potential business loan. After submitting countless documents — with little to no guidance or clear explanation throughout the process — I finally inquired about the actual loan rate, only to be told that their interest ranges between 24% to a staggering 72% per annum.

That’s not a business loan — that’s a vampire rate.
When I raised concerns about the extortionate rate they simply stopped responding.

Deeply disappointing and frankly insulting.
I would strongly advise others to avoid wasting their time and energy.

I accept rates are higher than can be offered elsewhere but the level of service and delivery is second to none. Main clearing banks can take two weeks to reply and they are totally unreliable. With IWOCA you know where you stand and there's no moving the goal posts. Its a really useful tool to keep cash flow under control and I have to highly recommend them
