Had a few loans from fernovo.. always paid back on time and sometimes early (surely they would be happy with paying customers) was sent an email saying 25% off future loans because I am a vip.. Guess what? They keep declining me now haha... latest one said after careful review.. although it declined straight away lol. My circumstances haven't changed so if you say it's because of affordability etc does that mean you leant all the other loans to me irresponsibly? Maybe I should take it further in that case.
