"Air diverter decent product but info not clear enough on the right size"

The support person was helpful in responding promptly on a number of questions and followed up efficiently. The only thing was when I inquired about the right diverter to get for the aircon condenser, giving the size of fan grill opening and listing the specific product on their site to get, backed up by photo of my condenser. Support confirmed the size I should get, but didn't fit well after delivery and installation. The magnet attachment of the diverter sits inside the dimension of the grill thus making the diverter fitting unable to fully cover the fan grill opening. The magnets also can slip after a while. The company should take this into account when recommending the right size.

Horrible business to deal with. Had to beg them to ship my air conditioner. When they did it was damaged.

Tried to get a replacement organised in line with the refund policy and I was fobbed off to the manufacturer. Half of summer gone and still don’t have a working air cond. Avoid.
