As an agency, we had been using mostly Marchex and Callfire for our call tracking. I tried CallRail because the interface looked so clean - I'm happy i did. Compared to other services, this is simple to use. We rolled CallRail out to all of our agency clients - some with very large and exceedingly complex tracking needs. The reporting console is easy to understand and read. There are some things that would further improve the service, like self-service multiple swap targets, self serve reduced number pool sizes and some other granular needs for heavy users, but these things are accommodated by a very responsive support staff. This is a service I have, and will continue to, recommend to industry peers and anyone who needs an excellent call tracking solution.
