"Advantage of 216-F wall stages from Artimex Sport..."

I have bought a 216-F wall stages from Artimex Sport. Would like to note very good communication with the company, quick delivery, and excellent quality of the stages.
Specially I would like to note that I bought these stages because I plan to install them in the room having 250 cm height of the walls. This is a standard height of apartments in Sweden.
If one adds by hammer 2 pieces of wood under ceiling on tops of the stages, and 2 pieces under the stages on the floor, than there is no need to drill the walls to fix the stages. And it becomes relatively easy to unmount the stages, if you want to move them.
As I could see from the Artimex Sport site, they produce custom parts. So in principle they can make these 4 pieces for you, if you will decide to try this way to fix the stages.
I plan to make and try them first by my own hands.

Response of Artimex to my inquiry was prompt. Easy communication and excellent service. I ordered "wall bars" for schroth exercises in custom made dimensions. The result was great. High quality and accurate dimensions as per my request. Although "wall bars", were custom made, the delivery time was significally short. Artimex is highly recommended!

"Simply TERRIBLE even before starting"

I was seriously considering spending a bit less than 1000 EURO with this company but after sending an email with a request of a quote and not getting any reply I started sending additional emails which remained with no answer for a number of days. I also called in vain both their telephone numbers (indicated below) and I've got, respectively, a message saying that the number is not existing (landline) and another one saying that the number is temporarily unavailable (mobile):

I then landed here on Trust Pilot and found out the sort of feedbacks/reviews these gentlemen have and left a bad comment in one of their videos on Youtube (this is the link: https://www[dot]youtube. com/watch?v=FuNnHC7rb8c).

Only, and I repeat, ONLY at this point, literally 2 minutes after my comment on their video they touched based with me and this is a copy and paste of their email (along with my reply) SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE:

I don't want to have anything to do with people with lack of professionalism like you.

This is all expected.

I will put all my efforts to leave bad reviews between my colleagues from other gyms and on online social media to make people aware about the type of service you provide to your customers. I'm sure they all will be very interested.
