"I have tried many times to work with…"
I have tried many times to work with other companies to pay a debt and was talked down to and they demanded what and when I had to pay Halsted listened to me and let me set when and the amount, which made it easy for me to pay off my debt.

"You Never Stopped Believing in Me"
The constant hounding of phone calls and vaguely threatening text messages have kept me in a constant state of anxiety. My wife needed to step away from her full-time job about 8 months ago to be with our daughter full-time. After 3 years of uncontrolled, medication-resistant, epilepsy, and a resulting cluster-seizure event (in which my wife and I watched our daughter code… twice…), we were finally able to begin this last year’s long journey that began with us getting the genetic testing we needed to show that the cause of her epilepsy was a rare genetic neurodevelopmental disorder in the SCN3A gene. Something to do with sodium transmitters… I don’t know, it was a lot. Either way, this finally made her a candidate for a VNS device! So, she had the surgery in March, and it has been a complete life-changer. Of course, she’s still adjusting, and we do still have break-through seizures, but it’s just a dramatic difference. Anyway, with the seizures under (relative) control, and her brain beginning to heal more reliably from the cluster event, it became apparent that she’d lost some things that weren’t coming back on their own. This was when it became necessary for my wife to step away from her job. We had a kid—a senior in high school now—who needed help with some really basic things, and as a condition of her epilepsy, can never really be left alone. With my wife out of work (and my absorbing the cost of her health insurance into my daughter and my already costly school-district health insurance) it’s been difficult keeping track of what bills need to be paid, when they need to be paid by, and where on Earth that money is going to come from this month (middle school English teachers don’t demand a hefty salary here in Missouri). Juggle all of that wile also meeting your child’s medical needs, your wife’s emotional needs, your aging house’s emergent plumbing needs, your teaching career’s… EVERYTHING needs, and—honestly—they don’t make a dose of Adderall strong enough to keep all of that in my ADHD addled mind. Your tenacity, and refusal to give up hope; your unwavering faith that I—with enough panic-induced insomnia (and reasonable monthly payments)—would finally relent and respond in the affirmative is beyond admirable. I appreciate the numerous opportunities you have provided me to desperately find a way to relieve this one source of constant dread. It means a lot that you never stopped believing in me, never lost faith, which is (of course) what I have come to understand this dogged pursuit to have implied. Well done!

"Great experience"
They held the account long enough for me to gain the money I needed, even though they could have pulled legal action. 10/10 experience helping me out of this debt.
