Really helpful assistance when I needed to switch gear, incredibly straightforward returns - would definitely use again!

Ecoski is such a great idea and they delivered a floorless experience. My jacket turned up a week before I departed. I was due to return it on a Sunday but after arriving back late, I wasn't able to drop off until Monday. I informed Ecoski who said that was no problem at all.

I will definitely use the service again.

This is my second time of using this service. Unfortunately there was a small issue with one item of kit that was ordered, which would have floored many internet suppliers from my past experience. Not EcoSki though. Within 21 hours 45 minutes of my initial contact with them DPD were on my doorstep with a replacement. (Sorry to be a bit nerdy about the timing but it makes a valid point.) Outstanding service and no quibbles. As with my previous experience, the kit supplied is first class and the method of delivery and return is seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly hope to use their service again.

EcoSki have been amazing. This was my first time skiing so thought I would hire gear and it was a great decision. The communication has been excellent and the jacket and salopettes I received were excellent quality and came in plenty of time so I was confident I’d have what I needed out on the slopes.

Excellent! If I had to sum up the customer support and the selection of gear they provide to rent and purchase. Do not hesitate to rent/purchase from EcoSki they have a wide range of ski gear, that would cater for all needs, and they also retain items from older seasons, so if you're interested in purchasing items that maybe out of the market for new, you may be able to get it from EcoSki. With regards to if you have any queries their customer support, on my instance Rachael was promptly in touch and fulfilled my queries. EcoSki are credible and should you need any ski or gear in general - what are you waiting for?
