Dec. 25 - I forgot to update this. Monday, 12-25-23, the shed was delivered. As of today, 1-3-24, I am still building it. The instructions are fairly clear and easy to understand with very few errors. The materials are not cut to exact dimensions, though, so keep that in mind when measuring. They're mostly longer than the instructions state, some few shorter. I had to alter my floor dimensions a bit, so I'm leaving the review at 3, despite the cheaper price.

Dec 12 - I got a very nice call back with an updated delivery for Monday, Dec. 18, so I'll forego the refund and wait for the delivery.

Dec. 12 - I just received an email stating my 'confirmed delivery date' would now be Dec. 28. I just called to cancel my order. I'll update again if or when they manage to follow through with the cancellation and refund.

Dec. 11 - I ordered a shed and from shedsdirect.com Nov. 16th. It is now Dec. 11 and still no shed. No one contacts the customer from this place. Customer has to do all the communicating. The shed was scheduled to be delivered Dec. 8th. I called the main office this morning and was told my message would be relayed to the warehouse. I got the warehouse number and called them. They said my shed is either not in stock or lost and that they would call later today. Of course they didn't. I called at 4:50 and no one answered the phone. Again at 4:55, still no answer. I'll update this as the debacle continues to unfold, but as of now I would suggest shopping for sheds somewhere else.
