"Good Reps, shame about the owner."

The villa (Villa Reyna) itself is very well presented, with immaculate gardens it was clean and welcoming in all respects that you would expect for an upmarket Corfiat dwelling. Minimalist concrete interiors with gorgeous pool lined with sun loungers, hot tub and a billiards table no less.

However, it was anything but paradise. Without making the rest of this an endless list of complaints there are a number of issues worth raising for potential future holiday makers:

- the basement garage was seemingly operated as a laundromat with maids and cleaners running far more laundry and sundries than could possibly be necessary for just our property. This would start around 8am and often the noise they made would wake guests sleeping on the basement floor.

- between the maids, cleaners, pool techs and gardeners it felt like there was someone milling about on the premises more often than not. difficult to relax and unwind when you don't really feel a great deal of undisturbed privacy.

- air conditioning broke or needed a call out literally EVERY DAY. luckily the weather wasn't blisteringly hot!

- Noise, one can't really control the local owl hooting late into the night, or the neighbours cockeral doing his thing from 4 in the morning, but random error beeping coming from the fridge at 1am or the man strimming the hedges slap bang in the middle of siesta o'clock wasn't greatly appreciated!

-Wildlife: mosquitos aside eating out on the terraces was essentially impossible due to a barrage of wasps that would insist on joining the picnic. And indoors it was ants. SO MANY ants! All food items had to be stored in the fridge at all times and even bedrooms and bathrooms has their own colonies marching about on parade.

- Light: bathrooms not having black out blinds is fine ( who sleeps the night in the bathroom!) but when you have frosted pane bathroom doors it does tend to mean light can stream into the bedrooms from dawn thus nullifying the black out curtains you have in the bedrooms! Anyone particularly sensitive to light would benefit from a night mask too as every room had at least 4 bright LEDs on all night from the TVs, air conditioning unit,air conditioning control panel, security sensor.

-on the penultimate day one of the frosted glass bathroom doors spontaneously shattered in the middle of the day for no conceivable reason. No one was hurt as no one was in the room at the time. But upon reporting to the cleaner we were met with an extremely rude aggressive and accusatory tirade from the owner who refused to believe that we hadn't smashed the door ourselves. Luckily the gracious holiday reps intervened and smoothed it out but for that reason alone we wouldn't go near this property again.

White Dream Villas, it must be noted, were excellent holiday reps throughout and only the direct owner of the villa was at fault for her appalling behaviour.

I would heartily encourage White Dream Villas to drop this property from their brochure until the issues described have been rectified/the owner has been removed from the equation.

Die Fotos im Internet können gar nicht wiedergeben, wie schön die von uns gemietete Villa Ble in Wirklichkeit ist – eine fantastische Villa in traumhafter Umgebung. Wir konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen an der unglaublichen Aussicht und haben jeden Tag mit einem herrlichen Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen.
Der Service von White Dream Villas war hervorragend, wir hatten direkt über die Internetseite gebucht und auf alle Anliegen vor und während der Reise innerhalb kürzester Zeit Antwort bekommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Fotini und Georgios für den super Service, Ihr habt unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
