"Great cars, bad after-sales"

I bought a car from them a few months ago. The car is fine, they informed me about all minor problems, and fixed the major ones (including free MOT and two new tires) before I came to pick it up. 5 stars there, literally nothing to complain about.

However, after I have received the car they had two major flops. First of them happened right away. They have promised me to send papers to DVLA online the next day morning for faster processing, but they sent them via normal post, which caused me a lot of trouble and stress.

The second issue was with a spare key. From the moment they have called me and said the key would be send to me 'in a few days' I waited almost two months until I finally received it. During this period I called them a few times, every time being apologised to and assured that it would be send over 'first thing in the morning the next day'. On a few occasions I have been told that the guy responsible was having a call and he would call me back right away - he almost never did, and it was I who had to call them to remind about the key. Finally it became too embarrassing I guess, because the guy took the key and brought it to me by himself. I would be very appreciative to him about that, if not for the two months of unkept promises. Seriously, how hard can it be to take a small item to the post office?

To sum this up, their cars are great, the prices are okay. But reliability in keeping their promises - 2 out of 10.

Also after I have published this review they called me and offered free MOT next year. Just so you know.
