Ordered from them. Put the address in wrong - my fault.

Been months. Haven't received goods, haven't received a refund. Can't collect the food from a warehouse or anything.

I suspect it is a scam shop. I ordered from them free cat food kibbles, that after all were not free as delivery charged was £5.99. Company sent me email that they cancelled my order as they did not have stock but they did not refund my £5.99 cost for shipping I paid although no order was shipped. I email them twice already asking for refund but they keep quiet and don't reply to my emails.

PS. After some wait I got their response and refund for unshipped order.

When you manage to contact someone, they’re great – competent and helpful. 5🌟
If you need to sort something that can’t be done through the web portal, making contact can be difficult. The chat box on the website that promises “We reply immediately” seems to be mainly decorative. Leaving a phone message is the best bet. 3🌟
