Time from order to delivery was several days and the day for delivery was uncertain for too long.
Packaging was not eco friendly, too much plastic.

The selection of food is awesome, it’s cheaper than in the shops and the personal service is great. Will order from them on a regular basis. If I had to have a tiny moan ( and this is only for possible improvements) the website was a bit hard to navigate.
Very happy I discovered this company.

"Very ethical"

Very ethical: completely vegan and only sell wholesome products. The savings made by becoming a member are partially offset by the contribution you have to make to the 'Community Pot'. Also the postage and packing is rather expensive, and the parcel took a while to arrive, but there were no actual problems with it: regular e-mails updating you on progress. And you do get Bonus Beans which give you discounts on future purchases, and extra Beans for introducing new members.
