Good turnaround on scheduling. Installation was excellent. Cleaned the chimney in advance. Identified and replaced the back refractor wall of the firebox, including heat resistant pant.

Identified a problem with the chimney cap plate. Arranged for a replacement to prevent damage to the chimney pipe.

Very trustworthy. Only issue was confusion between salesperson, installation staff and the store owner whether the allen style on/off valve stem could be cut to make it straight to enable control via separate key. The answer is yes. This was a critical safety issue to prevent curious grandkids from opening the gas valve.
