We entered into a cash up front agreement with a timeshare company which failed to provide what had been agreed and then went bust. We part paid on our credit card so tried to make sec75 claim against card company without success. Handed all the info to AWG who went in to bat for us and won. A very professional, polite and informative company who were able to cut through the red tape. We received a full reimbursement of the money we paid plus interest and other ongoing expenses. Very pleased with the result and the money was back in our bank in no time. Would highly recommend AWG who guided us through this traumatic experience.

They took quite a long while but after the wait they finally sorted out my claim in my favour as I had approached my bank to ask if they could place the claim with their fraud department which they did but it didn't bring back the money I had parted with to a company that was trading illegally. Once the Company ceased trading I was contacted by Addlington West who said they would apply to The Ombudsman to deal with my bank and I'm pleased to say the bank finally reimbursed me and this took several weeks but was done.
So I would have no hesitation in recommending Addlington West. Ò

Contacted by a rep from this company. They offered no win no fee if you hit the accepted criteria of a missold timeshare or more importantly have used/paid another company to try to either get out of the time share or try to recover any financial loss. It's a cold call attempted hard sell. The guy would try anything to keep you on the line. If your called I would look them up on mindtimeshare.me or timeshareassociation.co.uk and make your own mind up. I dont trust the reviews as they look suspicious. As far as I'm concerned avoid as it is another scam company. I ended up just hanging up on them and blocking the number.
