To all contractors considering utilizing this firm for lead acquisition, I implore you to proceed with caution. My interactions with both Directors at Total Quotes have been markedly frustrating, amounting to the most challenging experience I've had as an independent installer.

In February, I made the decision to downsize my business and concurrently put my account and leads on hold. Unexpectedly and without any prior notification, my account was reactivated. It's important to note that no leads were converted, nor were they even accessed or viewed in the portal. This fact should have been transparently apparent to the system operators. Consequently, it was extremely disheartening to be charged over $3000 for leads that remained unviewed.

I attempted to resolve this issue on multiple occasions, expressing my willingness to continue using their services should the situation be rectified. However, my requests were met with an absence of cooperation.

In light of these experiences, I cannot endorse this company. I urge anyone considering their services to exercise caution when providing credit card details to their system, as unauthorized charges may occur.
