Amazing delivery and presentation. The box, and the slippers look fantastic and my boy was thrilled with his Snorlax slippers. Only issue is the rubber grips on the sole are all falling off and they started falling off on Day 1. He still loves the slippers though.

Company have a very approachable and friendly customer service. The jumpers are very comfortable and look as advertised. Fit is exactly as the chart measurements suggest. Most importantly, the tag in the neckline isn’t SEWN INTO THE HEM!! You can just unpick it without harming the garment!!
