Another happy customer from Kelsall. After initially waiting some time for them to initiate the voucher application, Kloud9 support has since been extremely responsive, particularly as I had some slightly non-standard requirements.
Julie B and the CS team patiently and speedily answered all my Qs, and Kloud9 were very flexible about my non-standard setup. Qs were typically answered in just an hour or two of being asked, which is exceptional.
And a big 'cheers' to Ashleigh who installed everything quickly, diligently and professionally; she was superb.

Shout out to Kloud9 for the amazing job they have done this week -on the installation of my fabulous 1000 Mbps full fibre internet connection. Nothing was too much trouble.
Amazing customer service and great response when I needed extra advice and help. I love the friendly and helpful customer service, such a contrast to most of their rivals, especially the big brands

I created a number of problems for this company with a one-off installation and my mistakes over a landline, damaging the cable and contract issues.
Everyone from the company, literally, has been personable, capable, empowered, reassuring and positive. The icing on the cake was Ashley and Joe’s visit today to tidy up the loose ends.
This company should run training courses for other companies on customer relations.

Wonderful and helpful installation in Kelsall today. The guys were so polite and helpful. They did everything they could to ensure a smooth connection (and it worked!!). Ryan, who did most of the installation is a credit to your company, as are they all. Well done Kloud9.

"Fantastic installation experience in Kelsall"

The team installing in my home in Kelsall this afternoon were excellent. Two lovely lads were incredibly helpful, explained everything and went over and above to ensure I was happy with the installation. There was an issue with power in the village (caused by the utility company) so the team visited me earlier in the day to explain there may be delays. There were no delays in the end and it works beautifully. 110 mb on a 100mb service. Impressive! No mess, no hassle, great service.

"Over promise, under deliver & poor communication"

Trying to get full fibre installed has been a nightmare. Kloud9 stated that it would be installed by early summer 2022. However this has been put back time and time again, due to repeated 'unforeseen circumstances'. Yet they fail to tell the customer anything unless you specifically chase them about it.
It was November 2022 before they said that installation was imminent and within the next 4 weeks. Again, only when you chase them down do you get another update of being let down & of slipped timeframes.
Now its April and they are even failing to respond to communication requests.

Don't trust any promises or timeframes given, especially if they are installing as part of the government rural gigabit scheme. They know these customers have no other options for fast internet and so can treat them however they want, which is poorly!

We have recently had a 1Gbps internet line provisioned by Kloud9 and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Rapid install, awesome speed and a refreshing experience from dealing with the big boys in terms of the customer experience. Highly recommended
