I dont get my refund when im cancelling my subscribtion because they dont ask for permision to take money from my account..at least they must ask if i want to continue with the service or not. They take really fast action when to kick you from the group and channel, and no reply on any single email that i send regarding the refund

Haven't received any response or link for the signals.
However they had all the time to text me about why I put a review on trust pilot but disappeared when I asked about my signals.
