"No response when contacting the company"

Whilst my order was processed and delivered promptly, I was unable to apply the 10% discount code to my first order. I contacted wjdtools both through the website and by email, but heard nothing - and so I've reduced my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars given that the company don't reply to customer queries.
