"Fantastic experience"

I spoke with one of the representatives earlier this week bc we had not received any response about whether or not they had received our phones. I was told that they did not have any outstanding phones there. I was quite put off by the response back. However the CEO, Mr Kramer, who was on vacation during my exchange with one of his representatives, came back and traced the packages back to UPS and found that both packages were damaged. He has graciously agreed to pay us for both phones without having the equipment. This company and Management is a wonderful company that I will definitely do business again with. The process was easy. The correspondence was quick and helpful. I was originally offered $75.00. After they received the phone I was sent an E-mail within days stating there were 2 discrepancies and they could only offer $17.00.
After deciding not to accept the offer the phone was promptly returned to me. After receiving the phone back I was able to get $30.00 for it.
