My husband and I are both disabled. In July 2017 i did a bit of research on buying 2 Monarch Mobility Smati auto folding scooters. I came across Bootscooter and it's owner Graham Conway. What an amazing helpful and compassionate gentleman. We purchased 2 from Graham. He personally delivered them and spent a very patient 1.5 hours explaining and showing us everything we needed to know. Just brilliant. We had a slight hitch with our scooters while we were on holiday. Graham was so very helpful he went the extra mile to make sure we were okay we were in Spain at the time. Graham contacted Monarch and between them they made sure we were safe and cared for. Such a very personal service.
