"Good serive but hidden fees!"

Gibson Kerr supported me in completing a simplified divorce with my then wife. All communication was prompt and professional with fees quoted and paid for ahead of services completed.

Having paid for the simplified divorce process (on top of fees for calls etc..) I was surprised to recieve a bill of nearly £1,000 for extras on the completion of the process (which was not complicated).

It turned out that every email I recieved was being billed, every minute of every phone call (125+VAT for a 13minute phone call) etc... I would have hoped that it was made clear to me that the £745 I had pre-paid for the simplified divorce actually only covered the filling out of a handful of forms.

In summary - professional service but be prepared to be charged for anything and everything!

Disappointed with the service provided and the response to our enquiries. Would rate 0 star if possible based on our experience. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Only if you want a lack of communication and transparency, and a large bill at the end.
