I met Tom back in March I told him I had spinal surgery a wanted to lose wait because I put nearly 5 stone on. Tom had a think a told me to do these certain exercises an cardio to get me started an done a food plan for me. I had one more surgery I had to have so I was leading up to that I was 22.5st I got down to 19.5 for my second surgery i was feeling amazing an the doctors were very happy with the advise Tom give me he is amazing he always checked up on me through text an phone calls I sent him pictures how I’m getting on. The man is a credit to the health a fitness business he’s very knowledgeable an is passionate about what he does. I’m very thankful what Tom has done for me so far he will always have my backing 💯 because how he changed my life around thank Tom

Can’t rate Tom enough! In a short space of time made me re-think what I was doing for years and made more progress in 8 weeks than years before! Not just standard training to plod along, when he see’s you progressing mixes it up to target different aims to give you better overall progression. Great trainer with great knowledge, highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Tom enough, he was understanding enough to break habits at a slow process while introducing the right foods to eat as well as having my “enjoyable food days”. The plan was easy to stick to and enjoyable. Toms check in days give you a great view on where you’ve been and where you are going, can’t recommend him enough. Thanks Tom!

His tough love will change you if you're willing to make that change, amazing coach, would highly reccomend. I trained with him from May through to July and I saw very noticable changes, and when those changes come you get normal love, its a good experience
