the website suggests this is a UK based firm ".co.uk" yet the item was sent from France, took 2 weeks to arrive. I wish to return the item as it is so much bigger than I had realised BUT it needs to be returned to an address in France at my own expense which is so much more expensive than mailing to a UK address.
