Our experience would have been great if you had had the actual test pots of paint we wanted available to buy. Also charging £1.50 for bits of sticky backed plastic when they could've been gratis (perhaps up to 3 items) did not play well from a marketing POV...
I am sorry, but it really didn't feel like a good start.
