They were fabulous in helping me design the layout and colour of the lanyard (and I was a pain, I changed it numerous times). The team did a poor job of delivering the quality they promised. They provided us graphic samples of what custom collateral would look like. The real result were nowhere near the result. On top of that, it has been an absolute nightmare (we started working with the team some 5 months ago), and finally got our collateral months later. Will never use again
