This company is fraudulent, it just takes your money, you cannot contact them, phone number does not exist, one email bounced the other no response, although. The website is probably piggybacked and not real. The owner is on Companies House aged 29. Why do these people get away with it.

"Put an order through on my credit card…"

Put an order through on my credit card and the payment went to Barrier Shop UK Limited which according to companies house was incorporated on 22 March 2024. Have tried to get update on the order after a week and no response to emails or online chat, and the phone number doesn't work either. I assume I will receive no goods and so my credit card company will have to deal with it.

I thought I would give republicfitness.co.uk a try, no reviews yet but the site seems very professional, did some background checks & all seemed ok. I got a quick reply about choosing my delivery day as like many I’m not always home, told that I could select the day.
Today is the day I requested delivery but my order still says “processing”.
I have sent multiple messages through the instant messenger & also sent an email but had no reply, so I went on a different browser and asked a fake question about delivery and wow got a reply straight away, then asked about my order and total silence.
I am now going to try & cancel my order, wish me luck.
