Great Delivery and well packaged, however this was not the variety of beer i was hoping to order, one of the downsides of buying online. sorry I realise it was my mistake, but a costly one.

My order did not arrive and I've been getting the run around from DPD.

So I was contacted by Beerhunter, who said that they had been in contact with DPD and that my order had mistakenly been delivered to a care home. I then received another email from them saying my complaint had been closed and that they hope I was satisfied! Satisfied with what? I still don’t have what I ordered. They’re ridiculous!

So they then emailed me and said that my order was delivered to a care home because no one was home! The care home is far from the delivery address. They then said I should have the person I sent the parcel to, go over to the care home and ask for the parcel. I would avoid these clowns like the plague!
